1. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided free of charge and are based on the specifications shared by the client (size, pages, paper, quantity, finish and delivery location). Please note:

• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may be revised if specifications, quantities, paper costs or delivery requirements change after the quotation is issued.
• All prices are exclusive of GST unless expressly mentioned. GST-compliant invoices are issued for every order.
• Volume pricing and rate locks apply only to the quantities and timelines confirmed in writing.

2. Orders & Artwork

An order is confirmed only after written approval of the quotation and receipt of the advance payment specified in it. Clients are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork; our free file check covers technical print-readiness (bleed, resolution, colour mode) but not content accuracy.

• Clients must ensure they own or hold licences for all artwork, logos, images and text supplied to us.
• We may decline to print content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes third-party rights.
• Design work, where engaged, is billed separately and begins only after scope approval.

3. Proofs & Approvals

Every job receives a digital proof for approval before production. Physical samples are available for bulk orders on request.

• Once a proof is approved in writing (including via WhatsApp or email), the approved file is treated as final.
• SBP is not liable for errors present in client-approved proofs, including spelling, dates, phone numbers or image placement.
• Changes requested after approval may attract additional charges and revised timelines.

4. Colour & Production Tolerances

Printing is a physical craft, and industry-standard tolerances apply:

• Minor variation between screen colours and printed output is normal; colour-managed proofs are provided for colour-critical work.
• Acceptable trade tolerance of ±5% on quantity and minor variation in trim, registration and finishing applies to all runs.
• Paper shade and texture may vary slightly between lots, especially for recycled and textured stocks.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

Production timelines are confirmed in the quotation and begin after proof approval and advance payment, whichever is later.

• Delivery dates are estimates; delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or force majeure are beyond our control, though we will always communicate proactively.
• Delivery charges, where applicable, are included in the quotation. Risk passes to the client on dispatch from our facility.
• Export shipments are packed to export grade; duties and taxes at destination are the client's responsibility.

6. Payments

• Advance payment as stated in the quotation is required to begin production; balance is due before or on dispatch unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
• Approved corporate and tender clients may receive credit terms as per their written agreement.
• Overdue payments may attract interest and pause work on current or future orders.

7. Cancellations & Reprints

• Orders cancelled before proof approval incur only charges for work already completed (design, plates, proofs).
• Orders cancelled after production begins are chargeable in proportion to work completed, including materials procured.
• Verified production defects will be reprinted or credited at our discretion; claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographs.

8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Client artwork and data remain the client's property and are used solely to fulfil the order. We treat all briefs, pricing and artwork as confidential. SBP may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the specific job in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, launch delays caused by third parties, or costs arising from errors in client-approved proofs.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
